Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham. You will travel across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead and further to support individuals in their own tenancies with personal care, medication assistance, and community access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a care/support role.
• A valid driver’s license is essential due to wide geographic coverage.
• Ability to travel across Tyneside, Durham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Support people with medication administration and MAR chart completion.
• Assist with personal care and community access in people’s tenancies.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with service users.
