Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support stocktaking teams on customer sites.
• Ensure stocktakes are completed accurately, efficiently and within timescales.
• Monitor team productivity and take action if performance falters.
• Ensure company and customer processes and safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain professional conduct and high standards of service.
• Act as primary on-site contact for customer representatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customer management.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure team members understand responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Complete stocktake administration, reporting and sign-off.
