Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) is seeking a Team Leader to manage stocktaking teams across multiple customer sites in Reading. You will own stocktakes from arrival to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high service levels. The role is mobile and hands-on with travel to locations daily, sometimes overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, along with a valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support stocktaking teams on customer sites.
• Ensure stocktakes are completed accurately and within timescales.
• Monitor productivity and address underperformance.
• Maintain health & safety and company procedures on site.
• Be the main on-site contact for customer representatives.
