Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Northampton to manage stock counting teams across client sites. You will lead end-to-end stock taking, ensure accurate procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service while often traveling between sites and sometimes staying away from home.

The role requires flexible hours (evenings/nights), a full driving license, and a readiness to travel with a 48-hour weekly work pattern.

Qualifications

• Full driving license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work evenings/nights and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of stock counters across client sites.
• Deliver end-to-end stock taking service on site.
• Ensure procedures and processes are followed consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service on all sites.
• Complete stock counts accurately and within required timeframes.
• Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
