Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced industrial shutter door engineer to service and repair shutters and automatic gates across Sainsbury’s and other retail sites in and around South London. You will diagnose faults, provide effective solutions, and aim for first-time fixes within the defined service levels.

You will need a full UK driving licence, relevant electrical/mechanical qualifications, and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or retail shutter maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and provide solutions within a portfolio of sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting regional updates.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair shutters and automatic gates across sites.
• Achieve first-time fix to the required service level.
• Sponsor and complete surveys and technical reports; conduct audits and checks.
