Job summary

Allied Autocare is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our busy mobile team, based in South Wales. You will diagnostic faults, service and repair vehicles at customers' homes or workplaces, travelling across designated areas with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role features a 35,106 GBP base salary, with earning potential up to 43,000 GBP OTE through bonuses. Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out inspections to VOSA standards.
• Service, maintain and repair vehicles.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Work well in a team and on your own using initiative.

Job description

Allied Autocare are now recruiting for an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our busy mobile team, based in South Wales.

Working closely with our call centre bookings team, with ambition to grow your own network, and deliver against targets, you will have an excellent eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards. With a focus on team-work and individual working, you will provide an efficient service to all our customers.

This is a mobile role, servicing customers vehicles at their home or place of work. It would include travelling to various locations within your area to carry out your work.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm. The role offers a basic salary of £35,106 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to £43,000 OTE (on-target earnings), including bonus.

This role attracts a service van and fuel card for business use.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a level 2 or level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent
• Be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment
• Carry out inspections to VOSA standards
• Service, maintain and repair vehicles
• Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner
• Work as part of a team whilst also being able to work on your own and use your initiative
