DINGLI is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to perform on-site maintenance and fault diagnosis of AWP/EWP equipment across the Midlands. You will deliver high standards of repair while adhering to safety protocols, and you will communicate clearly with customers about progress and timelines.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, a valid drivers license, and the ability to travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as mobile service engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems.
• Valid drivers license with willingness to travel throughout the Midlands.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
