Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Area Supervisor to lead security operations across multiple client sites in Bristol and the surrounding area. You will ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and a visible security presence while guiding site-based officers and liaising with clients.

Key duties include mobile patrols, site inspections, incident investigations, coaching staff, and maintaining accurate records. A valid SIA licence and full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• SIA licence is required and driving licence.
• Experience in security supervision or leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, report-writing, and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile security operations across designated sites and area.
• Conduct regular mobile patrols and site inspections to ensure compliance and service standards.
• Coach and develop site officers, oversee training, and ensure AI and procedures are followed.
• Investigate incidents, complete reports, and escalate issues through proper channels.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, audit files, and reporting systems.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, emergency services, and contractors.
