Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an ad-hoc Security Officer to cover Glasgow and surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius. The role includes securing sites during contractor visits, adhering to Assignment Instructions, and maintaining compliance with UK law and safety standards.

The position requires an SIA licence and previous security experience. You must have access to your own vehicle to travel between locations, with night shifts available and day shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience required.
• SIA security licence required.
• Must have access to own vehicle to visit sites within Glasgow area.

Responsabilités

• Protect sites by following published Assignment Instructions and ensure safety.
• Deliver results meeting KPIs and SLAs to retain the contract.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences as directed.
• Maintain compliance with UK law and company policies.
• Report incidents promptly and document in the notebook for incident reports.
