Job summary

Vbeyond is seeking experienced Mobile Security Engineers to strengthen our Android and/or iOS security posture. You will conduct hands-on testing, threat modelling, and develop testing tools to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in our mobile applications.

Responsibilities include evaluating authentication, encryption, and cryptographic implementations while collaborating with development teams to embed secure practices across platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile security experience
• Experience with Android and/or iOS security
• Proven mobile app penetration testing experience
• Threat modelling experience
• Experience improving mobile app security posture
• Experience developing or maintaining security testing tools/scripts
• Strong understanding of mobile security standards

Responsibilities

• Regularly review mobile security posture
• Perform hands-on mobile security testing and assessment
• Conduct threat modelling and identify mitigations
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities in mobile apps
• Develop and maintain penetration-testing tools and scripts
• Develop and maintain mobile security testing policies and procedures
• Apply security standards across Android and iOS apps
• Assess authentication, authorization, encryption and cryptography implementations
• Support remediation of vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with development teams to improve security
• Research emerging mobile security technologies and threats
