Job summary

HCLTech in the United Kingdom seeks Mobile Security Engineers for a fixed term contract in Bristol or London with a hybrid work setup (2 days in the office). You will assess mobile platform security and perform threat modelling to strengthen our apps across Android and iOS.

You will develop and maintain security tooling, review security posture, and apply secure development practices in collaboration with global teams, contributing to DevSecOps and emerging security tech adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience of Mobile platform security, threat modelling and mitigation techniques.
• Develop and maintain pen-testing security tools, scripts, policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app security standards (Android / iOS).
• Familiarity with mobile development, DevSecOps tooling, testing and automation frameworks.

Job Title: Mobile Security Engineers

Role Overview

• Experience of Mobile platform security, threat modelling and mitigation techniques
• Capable of conducting regular reviews of our mobile application security posture using your hands-on experience.
• Develop and maintain pen-testing security tools, scripts, policies and procedures
• In depth knowledge of mobile app security standards (Android / iOS)

Desirable knowledge & experience

• Familiarity with mobile development, DevSecOps tooling, testing and automation frameworks.
• Have deep knowledge and experience using the mobile security tools.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and cryptography patterns.
• Experience in proactive researching new technologies emerging in the security landscape.
