Job Description:

AEJ Management is an expanding facilities management company providing security guards, cleaners, and landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure, and business parks across the UK.

We are seeking a highly professional and responsible individual to join as a Mobile Security and Cleaning Operative. This role involves covering security and cleaning shifts across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of representation. The successful candidate will work closely with on-site teams and interact with clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.

You will cover holidays, sickness, and ad hoc shifts at various sites throughout the North West & Midlands, with shifts scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

Hours: 40 hours per week, including day and night shifts.

Requirements: Must be a qualified driver and meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements. Ability to read vehicle number plates from 20 metres in good daylight is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring safety and security of customers and sites.
• Patrolling relevant sites.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer safety.
• Monitoring CCTV (if licensed).
• Handling confrontational situations professionally.
• Following health and safety procedures.
• Completing incident and other reports as required.

About you:

• Valid SIA license.
• CCTV license (beneficial).
• Reliable and well-presented.
