Calibre Search is seeking a Handyman / Area Maintenance Technician to cover South Birmingham, Warwickshire and surrounding areas. The role involves mobile building maintenance across supermarket stores, with duties spanning plumbing, joinery, decorating, flooring and roofing.

Qualifications
- Experience as Handyman, Handyperson or Maintenance Technician.
- Ability to perform basic plumbing and general building repairs.
- Experience with painting, decorating, flooring, joinery or roofing work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across supermarket stores.
- Complete basic plumbing, joinery and carpentry repairs.
- Repair/replace tiles, fix leaks, decorate and perform minor roof repairs.
- Inspect and report defects; support other technicians on larger jobs.
