Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or trade school qualification with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must have Safe Handling certificate 2079 CAT-1.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment.
• Address network problems impacting multiple locations and maintain documentation.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, configurations, and reference materials.
• Participate in user acceptance training and create training docs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the team.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Impact customer, operational, and project activities within the team and related teams.
