Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join its mobile engineering team around Dover, covering Kent with standby into London. You will travel to sites to perform reactive maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.

The role offers a strong package including a company van, door-to-door travel, standby payments, overtime and 33 days holiday, with long‑term progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refrigeration service and fault finding.
• Current F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work independently across a mobile patch.
• Flexibility to provide standby cover into London.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Kent to carry out reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Manage own workload and respond to breakdowns.
• Provide standby cover including London when required.
