Job summary

Calibre Search is currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a long-established refrigeration contractor covering the Midlands. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment in hospitality, leisure, retail and food service sectors.

They offer ongoing manufacturer training and development in a supportive environment, with a 42.5-hour week, door-to-door travel, overtime and a company van.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas (C&G 2079 or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Fault finding and diagnosis across a range of refrigeration systems.
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Providing a high level of customer service while working independently across the Midlands.
