Job description

We have 4 new and very exciting opportunities for Mobile Transport Refrigeration Engineers to join one of our brilliant clients, who have continued to go from strength to strength over the last 35 years within the Commercial Vehicle Industry. Due to new contracts, they require 4 engineers to cover Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, and North Kent.

Role Responsibilities

1. Maintaining, servicing, and repairing refrigeration units on mobile units or within customer workshops, depending on the issue.
2. Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure correct parts and equipment are ordered.
3. Completing all paperwork and data entry accurately and efficiently, including timesheets and vehicle check sheets, for submission to the Service Office.

This role offers a package starting from a £40k basic salary, which can reach up to £65k with OTE. Overtime is paid at time and a half, and the on-call rota is fairly split within the team and well compensated.

Candidate Requirements

Ideally, you will have Transport Refrigeration experience or experience working with refrigeration equipment, along with your F-Gas qualification. Other skills can be trained on the job.
