Job summary

SUEZ Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a site operative to deliver high standards of customer service and assist the public in using the site to maximise material recovery. You will join a team and may operate mobile plant, with a full driving licence required.

The role includes maintaining records, booking loads, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, site permits, and SUEZ policies. A potential IOSH health qualification is available as part of the development.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.
Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is required.
Must hold a full driving licence.
Willingness to pursue IOSH health and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

Advise the public on how to use the site to maximise material recovery.
Operate mobile plant as required.
Maintain accurate records for removal of materials from the site.
Book loads with relevant personnel to ensure space for segregation and storage of material.
Keep the site tidy within assigned areas and comply with site permits and HSE policies.
Co-operate with SUEZ and colleagues to follow policies and procedures.
