Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure health and safety, assist the public, operate plant equipment, and keep paperwork up to date. The role involves outdoor work, shift rotations, and an emphasis on customer service and environmental improvement.

• Experience of managing staff and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Strong communication skills for staff and public interactions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of Recycling Centres across Warwickshire.
• Supervise staff and provide cover at multiple sites as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist the public with recycling questions.
• Operate and maintain plant equipment; ensure sites are clean and safe.
• Complete site-related paperwork and support staff development.
