Job summary

TSSI Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative for reactive maintenance at rail stations. This role covers a mobile patch starting from London Euston through Hertfordshire and sometimes further north.

You will review weekly allocations on the client portal, travel between stations, perform carpentry, painting and small building works, and upload photos as evidence. Essential qualifications include PTS, CSCS, a full UK driving licence (6 points max), and proven multi-skilled

Qualifications

• Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety)
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
• Proven multi-skilled or handyman experience (carpentry, painting, general small building works and repairs)
• Confident using a smartphone or tablet to complete online forms and photograph completed work
• Able to plan and manage your own workload

Responsibilities

• Review and plan your weekly job allocation on the client’s portal
• Travel between stations on the patch to carry out reactive maintenance and repairs
• Carry out general multi-skilled work (carpentry, painting, small building works and repairs)
• Complete online job forms and take photos of completed work as evidence
• Work safely and in line with rail industry requirements at all times
