Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile General Maintenance Technician on the SETL - South East Trains Limited Railway Contract. The role covers station maintenance across the Southeast, Kent and occasionally Sussex, delivering both planned and reactive repairs to building fabric.

You will need a broad range of trades, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabric maintenance, PPM and reactive tasks.
• Electrical and general maintenance across commercial facilities.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across railway stations.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs in a mobile, multi-site role.
• Maintain records using CAFM systems and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors when required.
