Qualificações

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman, or property repair work.
• Full, clean manual UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites nationwide as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• General property maintenance and repairs.
• Painting and decorating.
• Window and gutter cleaning.
• Lock and key installations.
• Minor repairs and restorations.
• Supporting wider maintenance projects as required.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
