Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Plumber for an FM service provider, covering London and the M25 with occasional travel to surrounding areas. You will handle maintenance across multiple commercial sites, performing PPM tasks and reactive repairs.

The role offers £40,000-£45,000, a van and fuel card, overtime, and genuine career progression opportunities within a supportive team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with travel paid after 30 minutes each way and a solid benefits

Qualifications

• Proven commercial plumbing maintenance experience.
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and faults.
• Maintain and replace taps, toilets, valves, pipework and sanitary fittings.
• Maintain hot and cold water systems and associated equipment.
• Complete maintenance records and electronic reports.
• Work in line with health and safety regulations.

Job description

Mobile Plumber - FM Service Provider - London/M25 - £40,000-£45,000

Exciting opportunity to join a leading FM service provider, working across multiple commercial sites throughout London and the M25, with occasional travel outside the area.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Plumber with a strong background in commercial building maintenance, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.

In return, the company offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000, a Van & Fuel Card, overtime and genuine career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults.
• Maintain and replace taps, toilets, valves, pipework and sanitary fittings.
• Maintain hot and cold water systems.
• Service and maintain pumps, water heaters and associated equipment.
• Carry out minor plumbing installations and replacements.
• Identify defects and report any remedial works required.
• Complete maintenance records and electronic job reports.
• Work in line with health and safety regulations.

Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements
