CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Commercial Plumber to perform planned and reactive maintenance across London & the M25. The role requires plumbing expertise in facilities maintenance, a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, and a valid UK driving licence.

A competitive salary up to £50,000 plus a benefits package is offered. Expect Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, company vehicle, fuel card, pension, holiday entitlement and standby rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Plumbing level 2 certification and competency in commercial maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to work in facilities maintenance environments.

• Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
• Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
• Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
• Maintain and service pressurisation units.

Mobile Commercial Plumber – FM Service Provider – London/M25 – Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in and around London & the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
• Callout 1 in 5 - Standby £100 P/W
• Full company uniform

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Domestic or Commercial Gas tickets (Advantageous but not needed)
• Full driver’s licence
