Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to support multiple sites across Bristol, South Wales and Somerset. You will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of building systems.

Key responsibilities include preventative maintenance, testing, fault-finding, and working with water and medical gas systems. The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ in Plumbing and the ability to work independently across sites.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (essential).
• Experience in a maintenance or facilities environment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical systems across multiple sites.
• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas supply and distribution systems.
• Install new water and medical gas piping and fixtures in line with drawings, specifications and regulations.
