Job summary

ISS is seeking a Mobile Plumber to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing across client sites in the UK. The role focuses on fault finding, repairs and installations, ensuring high-quality maintenance service and compliance with health and safety.

Candidates should have Level 2 Plumbing or a relevant mechanical qualification, be mobile with a full UK driving licence, and be able to work collaboratively with technical teams and client representatives to meet KPI

Qualifications

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification or a relevant Mechanical qualification is required.
• Newly qualified candidates with the required qualifications, including domestic/light commercial experience, will be considered.
• Ability to assess maintenance issues, identify solutions and implement corrective actions.
• Professional, resilient and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, installations, testing and maintenance of plumbing and mechanical services.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures.
• Support the achievement of service delivery standards and contract KPIs.
• Respond effectively to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimise customer disruption.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams, operational stakeholders and client representatives.
• Manage high-risk mechanical works in line with compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and clients.

The role is focused on fault finding, repairs, maintenance, testing and installations, ensuring customers receive a consistent and high-quality maintenance service., Working across multiple locations, the successful candidate will support service delivery standards and contract KPIs by responding effectively to maintenance issues, maintaining compliance with Health & Safety procedures, and working collaboratively with technical teams, operational stakeholders and client representatives., Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing/building maintenance across designated client sites.

• Manage high-risk mechanical works in line with compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and clients.
• Plumbing experience within maintenance environments.
• Building services and fault-finding knowledge.
• Level 2 Plumbing qualification minimum, or a relevant Mechanical qualification.
