Job summary

Construction is recruiting a Mobile Plant Technician to cover sites across London. The role offers an excellent salary up to £41,000, plus a company van and overtime.

A Learning & Development programme with Manufacturer Training, extra holiday, private healthcare and more are included. The Mobile Plant Technician will service, diagnose and repair on-site across cars, vans (LCVs) and construction plant equipment while following manufacturer procedures and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.

• Attend customer site breakdowns across London, servicing, diagnostic and electrical maintenance repairs to a high standard on cars, vans, LCVs and construction plant equipment.
• Adhere to manufacturer procedures, maintain high attention to detail, complete compliance paperwork accurately, and deliver first-class customer service.

The Mobile Plant Technician Role:

• Attending customer site breakdowns across London, carrying out servicing, diagnostic and electrical maintenance repairs to the highest possible standard on cars and vans / light commercial vehicles (LCVs) / and construction plant equipment.
• Adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes and demonstrate high attention to detail at all time.
• You will be required to complete all compliance paperwork accurately and work to the company's standards.
• Deliver first-class customer service to customers

To be successful as an Mobile Plant Technician:

• You will have previous experience working as a Car Technician, Van Technician, Mobile Plant Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Fleet Mechanic, Van Mechanic, Van Technician, Service Technician, Qualified Technician, Senior Technician, LCV Technician, LCV Mechanic, Workshop Engineer, Automotive Technician, Automotive Engineer, Workshop Technician, Mobile Plant Engineer, Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Construction Plant Engineer or related role.
• You will ideally hold an NVQ, City and Guilds or IMI Qualification or equivalent in LCV Vehicle repair and maintenance/vehicle maintenance/ electrical maintenance/ plant maintenance/ construction plant and repair or similar.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence
