Mobile Plant Mechanic – £40,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle – Field-Based Role

- Salary:£40,000 per year.
- Overtime:Time and a half for the first 4 hours and double time thereafter (daily).
- Work-life balance:40-hour work week (08:00–16:30) with no excessive hours.
- Holidays:22 days plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every 5 years of service. Holiday pay includes average overtime after probation.

Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Plant Mechanic:
As aMobile Plant Mechanic, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of plant machinery, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering on-site solutions and building strong client relationships.
- Work on hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical systems common in heavy plant machinery.
- Complete all service and repair documentation with precision.
- Take part in training programmes to enhance your skills as aMobile Plant Mechanic.
About You:
- Qualifications:NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in construction, HGV, or agriculture heavy plant machinery servicing and maintenance.
- Experience:A strong background in hydraulic systems, transmissions, and plant or heavy machinery.
- Skills:
- Excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive problem-solver with a logical approach to tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
- Licence:A full UK driving licence is essential for aMobile Plant Mechanic.
