Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance technician to join our plant division to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and consistently meet customer expectations. You will inspect equipment, service and repair key plant assets, perform pre-hire inspections, and ensure cleanliness, functionality and compliance.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, and you should be a team player with a flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Previous plant maintenance or tools experience.
• Experience in petrol, diesel, 2 stroke and hydraulic equipment.
• Team player, supporting your colleagues.
• Self-motivated and a flexible approach to the working environment.
• Full UK manual driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment to meet customer hire needs.
• Service, repair and maintenance of key plant equipment.
• Pre hire service and inspection of plant equipment.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance.
