Salary: £38,000 + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Life Assurance + Ongoing Training + Career Progression + Employee Discounts + Xmas shutdown.

Location: Field Based, paid Door to Door. OT after 40 hours. OTE £57,000 PLUS

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related faults.
• Attend customer sites to carry out planned maintenance and inspections on Telehandlers and related machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide effective fault-finding and repair solutions.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
• Work closely with the operations team to identify service improvements and maximise equipment uptime.
