Job summary

NEOS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Plant Engineer to join a growing engineering business. This role involves servicing, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery on customer sites.

Ideal candidates will have experience as Plant Engineers or in similar positions and possess strong diagnostic skills. The position offers a competitive salary, monthly bonuses, and various perks, including a company van and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Plant Engineer, Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer or Heavy Plant Mechanic.
• Experience with pumps.
• The ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned servicing and preventative maintenance on plant machinery.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Attending customer sites to carry out breakdown repairs.
• Completing inspections and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Completing service reports and accurately recording all work carried out.
