Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Operator / Stores Operative for a client in Central Widnes. The role offers daytime hours (9am-5pm), an immediate start, and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with potential for a permanent role after probation.

Includes £12.82 per hour with a pay increase after 12 weeks' service, weekly pay, and benefits such as pension contributions and free parking. You will pick/prepare stock, despatch items, and support the installation team when needed.

Qualifications

• No criminal record.
• Previous delivery and warehouse experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Previous FLT experience would be an advantage.
• A DBS check will be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare stock for deliveries.
• Despatch of goods via courier.
• Work as part of a team within all aspects of the business.
• Organise stock and keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
• Check in and record stock as it arrives.
• Stock Rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Occasional support for the installation team may be required.
