Job summary

Acorn Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Crewe for a modern, clean warehouse supporting global communications operators. This temporary role offers afternoons, Monday to Friday, with base pay £12.76 per hour plus overtime at £19.14.

You will process orders, test and configure phones and related tech, pick and pack, and ensure quality checks. Full training provided and opportunities for ongoing work with a supportive benefits scheme.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Basic IT skills for product configuration.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process order notes accurately and efficiently.
• Test mobile phones and related technology.
• Configure phones and other tech equipment.
• Inspect and grade phones to quality standards.
• Conduct product testing and quality checks.
• Picking, packing and preparing completed orders for dispatch.
