Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Mobile Paint / Alloy Wheel Technician to join our client's team in Reading. This mobile role supports multiple dealership locations, operating from a company van and delivering high-quality paint repairs and wheel refurbishments.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, a base salary of £28,890 with an OTE up to £50,000, and a three-month guaranteed bonus worth £900 at start, plus opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Alloy Wheel Refurbisher or Mobile Paint Technician.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out paint repairs and alloy wheel refurbishments at dealership sites.
• Support multiple dealerships in the Reading area, working out of a company van.
• Maintain high standards of service and workmanship.
• Manage multiple jobs efficiently within designated working areas.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service support during repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
