Job summary

Keys Education and Peak Activity recruit an Outdoor Education Instructor to deliver safe, engaging outdoor activities for young people in schools and children's homes. The role is mobile across Lincoln with flexible full-time, term-time, or part-time options and a salary between £26,436 and £29,500 per year.

You'll help build confidence, resilience and life skills through outdoor learning, mentoring participants and delivering high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required as the role is mobile across locations.
• Experience in outdoor education or activities preferred.
• Strong communication and group management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging activities and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and work well with participants.
• Confidently lead and manage groups in challenging situations.
• Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning.
• Ideally have prior similar role experience; attitude and enthusiasm matter.
