Job summary

Keys Education and Peak Activity is seeking a Mobile Outdoor Instructor to deliver outdoor learning experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. The role is flexible: full-time, part-time, term-time or fixed term depending on experience and qualifications.

You'll help build confidence, resilience and essential life skills through outdoor activities, including mountain biking, climbing, paddle sports, walking and navigation, in various locations around Lincoln and beyond.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required due to mobile role across locations.
• Experience in outdoor activities like mountain biking, climbing, paddle sports.
• Walking and navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging activities with high-quality learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confidently lead and manage groups in challenging situations.
