Job summary

Vision Express is recruiting a Mobile Optometrist to cover a cluster of stores around Inverness. You’ll work 23.25 hours over 3 days per week, with the option to expand to full time.

You’ll travel to stores such as Inverness Highstreet, Eastfield and Inshes, with rota planning to minimise travel. In addition to a base salary, you’ll receive a company car, £1,000 mobile allowance, and access to Leonardo learning resources for professional development, including certificates in Medical Retina and

As a Mobile Optometrist, you'll work across a cluster of stores in Inverness, giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, store environments and a range of patient needs. It's a role that keeps your work varied while you broaden your clinical experience.

The role

• Salary: Up to £69,000 (subject to your experience and location)
• Company car and £1,000 mobile allowance
• Location: Inverness
• Working hours: 23.25 hours/ 3 days per week (we will consider up to full time, talk to us about what works best for you!)

You'll mainly support our stores across Inverness, including Inverness Highstreet, Eastfield, and Inshes stores.

Your base store will be Inverness, and most of your travel will be within around 60 minutes of here. We'll always aim to plan your rota to make the most of your time and minimise unnecessary travel wherever possible.
