Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd in partnership with a leading retail opticians and audiology business invites applications for a Mobile Dispensing Assistant in Crawley. This full-time role (5 days a week, may include weekends) focuses on guiding patients in choosing frames, lenses, and optical solutions, while delivering outstanding service.

You will perform dispensing and assist with hearing care services, manage appointments and records, and support clinics to run smoothly in a friendly, organised practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical dispensing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage appointments, and record information accurately.
• Assist patients with frame selection and lens choices, and dispense spectacles.
• Support Hearing Care services and maintain clinic administration.
