Job summary

Specsavers in Cobham is seeking a home visits optical assistant to bring essential eye care directly to patients at their homes across South & South East London. This role combines clinical tasks with compassionate customer service.

You will drive to visit locations, work a 9-6 schedule Monday to Friday, and can choose a car allowance of £3,000 a year or a fully expensed company car. A full UK driving licence and experience in optics are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in optics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in fast-paced customer facing environment.
• Be confident using new systems on tablet and/or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide eye care during home visits to patients.
• Support patients with basic tasks they cannot do alone.
• Cover the South & South East London region from Cobham.
• Use tablets/laptops and new systems in daily tasks.
