Job summary

Specsavers seeks an experienced Home Visits Optical Assistant to join the London 8 Domiciliary Team. You will visit customers in their homes and care homes, perform clinics, and deliver glasses, using your optical experience to deliver a high-quality service.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential; you should be confident, friendly, and able to work independently to support both customers and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience (6 months to 1 year) with ability to dispense at all levels, measure and fit.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car full-time.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across specified NW and HA postcodes, delivering glasses and conducting clinics.
• Provide a high-quality professional optical service and ensure a great patient experience.
• Work independently with a friendly, proactive attitude to support customers and clinical team.
