Job summary

Specsavers is recruiting a Home Visits Optical Assistant to bring eye care directly to patients at their homes across the South & South East London region. You will travel from the Cobham office, supported by a car allowance of £3,000 per year or a fully expensed company car, delivering clinical care and helping with basic daily tasks.

Core hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. A full UK driving licence and optical experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience required.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Customer-facing role with travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver eye care during home visits and support patients in their homes.
• Assist patients with basic tasks they would otherwise struggle to do.
• Cover the South & South East London region from Cobham to reach patients in their communities.
