Job summary

Specsavers seeks a Home Visits Optical Delivery assistant to bring care directly to people’s homes. You will drive to patient doorsteps, deliver aftercare, and help with basic tasks, spreading clinical support in the community.

The role involves visiting Barry, Swansea, Bridgend and occasionally Cardiff, with a company car provided. The team values experience in optics and customer-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optical care to patients at their homes.
• Provide aftercare and assist with basic tasks patients cannot do themselves.
• Travel across Barry, Swansea, Bridgend and Cardiff as needed.
