Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to lead a mobile team across London and surrounding sites, ensuring safe, compliant maintenance delivery and high-quality service on a multi-site portfolio.

You will act as the technical lead for engineers and clients, coordinate planned and reactive work, manage subcontractors, and drive health and safety, audits and continuous improvement while using CAFM systems.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical bias preferred).
• Experience in facilities management or building services.
• Previous lead engineer or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Confident with CAFM systems and mobile technology.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, mobile role responsible for supervising engineers, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance delivery, and supporting high-quality service across a multi-site portfolio.
