Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manchester seeks a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites. You will ensure safe, compliant maintenance delivery and act as the technical point of contact for engineers and clients.

The role requires an engineering qualification, strong fault-finding ability and knowledge of CAFM systems. A current UK driving licence is essential, with opportunities across a varied client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification required.
• Experience in facilities management or building services.
• Previous lead engineer or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites.
• Act as the technical point of contact for engineers and clients.
• Ensure planned, reactive and corrective maintenance is delivered safely and compliantly.
• Carry out hands-on fault-finding and maintenance when required, including emergency cover.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and small works where needed.
• Drive compliance with health & safety, statutory and CBRE standards.
• Complete audits, site visits and quality checks across mobile routes.
• Use CAFM systems to plan, monitor and report on work activity.
• Identify service improvements and additional scope opportunities.

About the Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is recruiting a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to support multiple client sites across Manchester and surrounding areas.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role responsible for supervising engineers, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance delivery, and supporting high‑quality service across a multi‑site portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites
• Act as the technical point of contact for engineers and clients
• Ensure planned, reactive and corrective maintenance is delivered safely and compliantly
• Carry out hands‑on fault‑finding and maintenance when required, including emergency cover
• Manage specialist subcontractors and small works where needed
• Drive compliance with health & safety, statutory and CBRE standards

What We’re Looking For
