Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Operative to join our Cairdshill Quarry team, Keith, and support operations across multiple sites in the Caledonian region. You will operate mobile plant, conduct inspections, and help maintain safety and quality across diverse locations.

The role offers a company van and opportunities to develop skills within a growing construction materials business, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within quarrying, aggregates, construction, manufacturing or a similar heavy industry environment.
• Experience operating loading shovels, excavators or processing plant (preferred but not essential).
• A flexible approach and willingness to support multiple sites.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
