Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor to lead quarry and asphalt plant operations across the North West. You will supervise operators, fitters and electricians and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high safety standards.
This role requires strong leadership, practical plant experience and the ability to work across multiple sites. Proficiency with Fortek, SAP, Excel and Power BI is beneficial, with travel between sites and a company van provided.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll support the safe and efficient operation of various quarries and asphalt plants in the North West while leading site teams and ensuring production targets are achieved. Key responsibilities will include:
Overtime may also be incurred due to travelling to and from various sites so flexibility to accommodate this is desired. Full US driving licence is required as a company van is provided with this role.
