Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join our Responsive Repairs team on a permanent basis across South London. You will maintain residents' homes, deliver high-quality plastering repairs, and help us achieve customer satisfaction.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a provided L&Q van and power tools. A recognised plastering qualification and UK driving licence are required, plus experience in housing maintenance.

Qualifications

• A recognised plastering trade qualification and practical experience in plastering.
• Experience in housing maintenance, repairs, or building maintenance environment.
• Strong plasterboarding, bond and set, finishing and rendering skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied properties.
• Complete patch repairs, larger plastering works, plasterboarding, bond and set, finishing, and rendering.
• Undertake painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.
• Deliver quality work with a right first time approach and use multi-trade skills for diverse repairs.
• Work safely and comply with Health and Safety requirements at all times.
