Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for a mobile contract covering housing sites across East Yorkshire, including Hull and Beverley. You will investigate, repair and rectify customer snags in both vacant and occupied properties, ensuring high-quality finishes.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served joinery, a valid CSCS card, and a customer-first approach with own tools for finishing and multi-trade repair work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served joiner is required.
• CSCS card is essential.
• Experience in residential joinery and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality joinery repairs, door hanging, frame adjustments and kitchen repairs.
• Undertake basic multi-skilled works including plaster patching and basic plumbing.
• Visit occupied homes to complete snag lists in a professional manner.
• Inspect defects, identify root causes and perform durable rectifications.
• Manage daily tasks and keep work areas clean and safe.
