Job summary

GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on gas appliances across Midlands contracts. You will work as part of the FM team and handle documentation, on-call duties and varied mechanical, electrical, and building fabric tasks.

The role requires Gas Safe registration and both domestic and commercial gas qualifications, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registration (Current).
• Domestic gas qualifications CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT.
• Commercial gas qualifications COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TCPA1, Unvented Hot Water.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a mobile multi-skilled engineer in the Commercial sector.
• Experience with domestic and commercial gas systems.
• Experience in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services.
• Current Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance to gas appliances and pipework as per contract specs and H&S policies.
• Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete documentation.
• Diagnose heating breakdowns including boilers, control systems, valves and pumps.
• Maintenance of M&E and equipment as required.
• Submit reports, timesheets and certification on time.
• Participate in on-call rota for out-of-hours cover.
• Assist team members and contracts as directed by Supervisors.
• Ensure tasks are completed within contract timescales.
• Be flexible to assist other engineers as required.
• Adhere to company policies and document work accurately.
