Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer - HVAC (F-Gas)
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Exeter and the South West.
Role Summary: To operate, maintain, and manage electrical and mechanical building services efficiently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include PPM, reactive works, statutory compliance, and callouts.
Assist in supervising specialist sub-contractors and liaise with CBRE management and client teams. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed, paperwork is up to date, and health and safety guidelines are adhered to as per CBRE QHSE standards.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant in line with statutory requirements and industry standards. Ensure effective operation, maintenance, and repair of site M&E systems. Maintain compliance with CBRE Quality Management Systems and record keeping.
Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs for M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, water systems). Perform reactive repairs as instructed, prioritising tasks to ensure optimal service delivery. Willing to undertake tasks outside core competencies, such as general fabric and decoration.
Assist in supervising specialist service contractors, including inductions and activity monitoring. Attend team meetings and training to develop skills. Maintain courteous and discreet behavior in customer areas and keep workspaces tidy and safe. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or managers.

Working Hours and Conditions: 08:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour unpaid lunch, flexible to work out of hours, contribute to on-call rota, undertake overtime, and travel between sites. Must live within the region and possess a valid driving license.
